Nikki is our Company Director and qualified as a Physiotherapist in 1994. she started her career in the NHS and has been working in private practice since 1996.

She is very much a hands on therapist and has done a lot of specialist work in Sports Medicine spending 20 years as a pitch side Physiotherapist with rugby teams from local to national level. 

In her spare time she has a passion for Powerlifting, running and getting out with her two energetic dogs.

She is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP), and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

Catherine is an experienced and highly skilled hands on Physiotherapists who also uses acupuncture treatment for Musculoskeletal issues.

Haider is a Physiotherapist with broad experience in Musculoskeletal (MSK) and Neurological rehabilitation.

He works across both private and clinical settings in the UK, with a particular interest in MSK medicine, post-operative recovery, sports injury management, and chronic pain conditions. Haider combines hands-on therapy with evidence-based techniques including dry needling, sports massage, and progressive rehabilitation programs tailored to individual needs.

He has experience treating a wide range of patients — from athletes and active individuals to children and those with complex neurological presentations. Known for his calm, patient-focused approach, Haider is committed to supporting recovery, function, and long-term wellbeing.

Haider has also contributed to academic research in areas such as total knee replacement rehabilitation and sports-related musculoskeletal disorders.

Helen is a Senior MSK Physiotherapist in the NHS and qualified in 2000.

she has worked in Rugby for 22 years, she was part of the Physio team at London Olympics, Glasgow Commonwealth Games and is also the lead physiotherapist for Leicestershire Rugby Union. 

She is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP), and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

Joe works full time in the NHS as a Senior MSK Physiotherapist and is with us in the clinic for one evening a week.

He has a specialist interest in Musculoskeletal medicine (MSK) and also has a lot of experience treating people post operation/injury as well as chronic pain conditions using hands on therapy and rehabilitation.

He is a keen sportsman playing football competitively and also enjoys running and cycling.

He is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP), and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

Leanne qualified as an Osteopath in 2018 and has also completed her qualification in Equine and Canine osteopathy in 2021. She used to be a keen horse rider but now tends to get out walking with her dogs and enjoys socialising.

She has recently completed her menopause wellness practitioner course, as she wants to be better able to support Women with their health during the peri and menopausal process! Alongside this she has also completed an acupuncture course for pregnancy-related pelvic girdle pain and some menopausal symptoms.

Lorna has a bachelors degree in Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation and completed her degree in 2024. She also has been qualified as a Sports Massage therapist since 2020 and was part of our team offering this service before she left to fully concentrate on her degree. 

Lorna can offer many different services from injury assessment and treatment, taping, pre/post event sports massage and rehabilitation programs. Anything from sprains to neurological rehabilitation and she is able to work on all areas of the body. She is very hands on with her work and is keen to give the help required, whether that be to return to normal day to day life or back to a sport you love. 

Her hobbies include resistance training, running, climbing, hiking, swimming, yoga and Pilates. She enjoys being active and having a balanced lifestyle, a holistic approach to life.

Stacey has a Level 3 Diploma in Sports massage therapy.
She offers Sports massage and Hopi ear candles.
She has a passion for all things health and fitness related and when she isn’t working she can be found strength training, hiking and dedicating time to her Yoga practice.
